myCred Loyalty Points Questions
How do customers earn loyalty points?
You decide. Points can be awarded for placing orders, signing up, visiting the shop daily, birthdays, writing reviews through Judge.me, hitting a number of orders, or exceeding an order value. Each rule is configurable with its own priority.
What can customers redeem points for?
Discount coupons, free shipping, free products through Buy X Get Y, dynamic and custom discounts, and discounts on a specific product. Coupon and free-shipping rewards are available even on the Free plan.
Does it include a referral program?
Yes. The built-in referral program rewards both the referrer and the referred customer, so both sides have a reason to take part.
What happens to points when an order is refunded?
myCred auto-adjusts points on refunds, so customers can't keep rewards for purchases they returned. This is included on every plan, including Free.
Can I run the loyalty program for free?
Yes. The Free plan covers points on orders, visits and signups plus coupon and free-shipping rewards. Standard and Pro add product/collection targeting, birthdays, referral-grade rules and advanced widget design, each with a 7-day free trial.
